Silent film on how motorcycles were built before the assembly lines

Ever wondered what manufacturing was like back when vehicles were truly hand-assembled? Assembly plants. these days,  are incredibly automated. Here’s a silent film shot back in the early 1900s, and it shows a Rover Imperial motorcycle coming together. Workers cast the cylinders, machine the crank, and assemble the engine, all without the help of advanced machines or modern tools.
