Royal Enfield Meteor 350 launched with wide customization options

Royal Enfield has launched the new Meteor 350 in India at Rs 1.76 lakh (Fireball), Rs 1.81 lakh (Stellar) and Rs 1.90 lakh (Supernova). The Royal Enfield Meteor is based on a completely new platform and is the replacement for the Thunderbird and Thunderbird X models. It is based on a new twin downtube spine chassis that is said to be stiffer the Thunderbird's frame. The seat height is 765 mm while the wheelbase is 1,400 mm. The bike weighs 191 kg and has a ground clearance of 170 mm.  Powering the Meteor 350 is a new 349cc, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.2 BHP @ 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. The homegrown retro motorcycle manufacturer, Royal Enfield, has already begun teaser campaign for the Meteor 350. Numerous leaks and spy shots have revealed a significant amount of information earlier and now we have the undisguised images of the Meteor 350. The Meteor 350 will be available in three variants – Fireball, Stellar and Supernova. Each variant has its own differences in terms of the accessories offered. The Meteor 350 will also be sold in multiple colour options to lure in customers. All three variants will feature a Bluetooth-enabled GPS system that the company is calling ‘Tripper Navigation’. Honda H’ness CB350 launched. Rival to Royal Enfield’s upcoming Meteor 350

Honda has launched a new modern classic bike called the H'Ness CB350 in India with prices starting at Rs. 1.90 lakh (ex-showroom).  For now, the motorcycle will be displayed at some of the key Big Wing India dealerships in Gurgaon, Mumbai and other regions, wherein customers can get a look and feel of the product. The CB 350 will be sold in two variants, DLX and DLX Pro. The new Honda H’ness CB350 is powered by a 348.36cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 20.8hp at 5,500rpm and 30Nm of torque at 3,000rpm. While Royal Enfield is yet to announce the launch details for the new Meteor 350, leaked data has revealed the specifications of the upcoming motorcycle. Launch date is expected to be on 22nd September but we have no official confirmation on the same. The Thunderbird 350 replacement, based on a new "J-Platform", gets revised styling, a new frame, and a new engine over the model it replaces. Royal Enfield will market the M350 as an Easy Cruiser. Royal Enfield Meteor 350 spied during TVC shoot

Royal Enfield Meteor, which could replace the RE Thunderbird motorcycle in India has been spied during TVC shoot. It's been rumoured for a while now that Royal Enfield will drop the ‘Thunderbird’ name in favour of ‘Meteor’, a name the company trademarked early last year. However, the latest spy images of the upcoming motorcycle have now confirmed that Royal Enfield's all-new motorcycle will be called the Meteor 350.
