McLaren Artura PHEV supercar launched at INR 5.1 crore. 0-100kph in 3.0 sec and top speed 330kph
Last year, McLaren made its official entry into the Indian market, and now it's expanding its lineup with the launch of the Artura. This remarkable vehicle is McLaren's inaugural series production hybrid supercar. Priced at INR 5.1 crore (ex-showroom), the Artura directly competes with the Ferrari 296 GTB, which carries a price tag of INR 5.40 crore (ex-showroom) and also features a hybrid powertrain.
What makes the Artura truly special is that it's the first McLaren car built on the MCLA (McLaren Carbon Lightweight Architecture) platform. This innovative platform boasts a flexible design, specifically optimized for hybrid powertrains, complete with a custom battery compartment and dedicated wiring. Thanks to its carbon fiber structure, the Artura weighs a mere 1,385kg when dry.
