Maruti Suzuki Super Carry S-CNG BS6 launched

Maruti Suzuki has launched the BS6 compliant S-CNG variant of Super Carry. This has made the Super Carry the first light commercial vehicle to upgrade to BS6 engine and the sixth in Maruti Suzuki's BS6 compliant S-CNG range of vehicles. The Maruti Super Carry BS6 CNG is priced at ₹ 5.07 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Super Carry S-CNG is also India's first 4-cylinder powered mini-truck commercial vehicle. The 1,200 cc BS6 compliant dual fuel petrol engine delivers 64 bhp at 6,000rpm and generates a peak torque of 85 Nm at 3,000rpm. It is the only LCV in the country with a dual fuel S-CNG variant with a 5 litre petrol tank.   Super Carry comes with deck length of 2183 mm and width of 1488 mm. Auto Expo 2020: Maruti Suzuki Futuro-e concept unveiled

Designed by Maruti Suzuki’s design team, the Futuro-e is pegged as ‘an Indian car with global sensibilities’. Its SUV-coupe shape is unlike anything from Maruti thus far. The ‘e’ in Futuro-e is there to tell you this is an electric SUV concept. Maruti claims that the SUV-compe concept is "future ready with a wide array of powertrain options like hybrid & pure EV". Maruti has not announced a timeline for when a Futuro-e-derived SUV will make production. Maruti Suzuki has launched the S-Presso in India. The car is available in four variants with prices starting at Rs. 3.69 lakh (ex-showroom). The S-Presso competes with the Renault Kwid and the Datsun redi-GO. The Maruti S-Presso is based on the Heartect platform. It measures 3,565 mm in length, 1,520 mm in width, height of 1,549 mm (with 13-inch wheels)/1,564 mm (with 14-inch wheels) and has a wheelbase of 2,380 mm. The S-Presso features a slim grille with chrome inserts and it has a dual-tone front bumper. At the rear, the car has rectangular tail lamps and a dual-tone bumper with integrated reflectors. Maruti has launched the new Swift Dzire Tour priced at INR. 5.24 lakh for the petrol variant and INR. 5.99 lakh for the diesel variant. Prices are (ex-showroom, Delhi). The car is a stripped-down version of the outgoing Swift Dzire (2nd gen). Maruti may also launch a CNG variant in the near future. The new Dzire Tour gets a black plastic grille with no chrome bits, silver steel wheels and black plastic mirrors. On the inside, the Dzire Tour gets dual-tone interiors with subtle faux wood trim.
