130hp Mahindra XUV300 Sportz spied testing?
A test mule of the Mahindra XUV300 has been spotted in Chennai. It has been speculated that it might be the rumoured Sportz variant powered by the more powerful 1.2-litre turbo-petrol mStallion engine.
The test car seen here looks identical to the standard XUV300. It appears to be an all-black example and is equipped with black alloy wheels. There are chrome inserts on the front fascia, and it also has fog lamps, roof rails as well as ORVMs with turn indicators.
The engine in question is Mahindra's 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder mStallion direct injection turbo-petrol unit. It produces 128 BHP @ 5,000 rpm and 230 Nm @ 1,500-3,750 rpm.
