2021 SsangYong Rexton G4 leaked ahead of global unveil

SsangYong recently released a teaser of its upcoming premium SUV – Rexton. The SUV is scheduled to be launched globally on 2nd November. The Mahindra Alturas G4 which is currently on sale in India, is basically a rebadged version of the Rexton. Therefore, the facelifted version of the Rexton is expected to arrive in India as a facelift for Mahindra Alturas G4. Before its global debut, a new set of images, which reveal the exteriors and interiors has leaked online. New Rexton features full-LED headlamps and an integrated LED daytime running light set-up. Ssangyong Rexton G4 facelift teased

Ssangyong has released a couple of teaser images of the updated Rexton G4. The SUV will be officially revealed on November 4, 2020. The official images provide a close-up view of new headlights (Matrix LEDs, by the look of it) and an octagonal radiator grille. The exterior looks much edgier and sharper overall and shares nothing in common with the old version. Technical specifications aren’t here yet. The updated Rexton G4 is likely to retain its 2.2-litre diesel engine that puts out 184 BHP and 422 Nm. Moreover, rumours suggest that it might also get a turbo-petrol engine from Mahindra's mStallion range. In India, the Mahindra Alturas G4 was introduced in November 2018.
