Made-in-India Jeep Wrangler launched at INR 53.9 lakh

Jeep has launched the made-in-India Wrangler at an introductory price of Rs 53.90 lakh for the Unlimited version, and Rs 57.90 lakh for the Rubicon (ex-showroom). The fourth-generation Jeep Wrangler was originally launched in India in August 2019, and was shipped to our shores in completely built-up (CBU) form. As a result, it attracted a higher level of taxation, and was priced at Rs 63.94 lakh. However, the Jeep Wrangler is now being assembled at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ Ranjangaon facility, which has resulted in a price drop ranging from Rs 10-11 lakh for the iconic 4x4. 2018 Jeep Wrangler 3-door spied in India

The 2018 Jeep Wrangler SUV has been spotted in India and is expected to be launched soon. The image also reveal that the SUV is right-hand drive (RHD) model and considering the fact that the Wrangler is sold in India as a CBU (completely built unit), Jeep might launch new-gen model by the end of 2018 or early 2019. It is possible that the SUV is here for homologation. The 2018 Jeep Wrangler models (3-door & 5-door) were first showcased in November last year, at the 2017 Los Angeles Auto Show, followed by its European debut at the Geneva Motor Show early this year in March 2018.
