Gravton Quanta electric bike launched at an introductory price of INR 99,000
Hyderabad-based EV startup called Gravton has entered the electric two-wheeler segment in India. The company has launched its first electric bike known as the Gravton Quanta at an introductory price of INR 99,000 (ex-showroom, Hyderabad) which is set to increase to around Rs 1.1-1.2 lakh soon. Gravton says that the price is expected to drop back to around Rs 99,000 once it gets approval for the FAME II subsidy. The Quanta will only be available in Hyderabad initially, but the company does plan to launch it in other cities in the future.
