Evtric Motors, a Pune-based EV company, has launched its first electric motorcycle Evtric Rise in the Indian market. The high-speed motorcycle, priced INR1,59,990 (ex-showroom), was launched at a dealers’ meet in Sikar, Rajasthan. Currently selling three electric scooters – Evtric Axis, Evtric Ride and Evtric Mighty, the EVTRIC Rise is the company’s newest electric motorcycle. Tork Kratos, Kratos R electric motorcycles launched. Prices start from INR 1.08 lakh

Bharat Forge-backed electric two-wheeler maker Tork Motors has finally launched not one, but two e-bikes – the Kratos and Kratos R. The Kratos is priced at Rs 1,92,499, while the R version retails for INR 2,07,499 (ex-showroom, Pune). FAME-II subsidies knock a significant INR 60,000 off these prices, bringing the effective ex-showroom prices down to INR 1,32,499 and INR 1,47,499. In states where a state subsidy for EVs is applicable, there are further benefits on purchasing the bikes -- in Pune, state subsidies bring effective ex-showroom prices down to INR 1,07,999 and INR 1,22,999, while in Delhi, the Kratos' ex-showroom price is as low as INR 1,02,499. Gravton Quanta electric bike launched at an introductory price of INR 99,000

Hyderabad-based EV startup called Gravton has entered the electric two-wheeler segment in India. The company has launched its first electric bike known as the Gravton Quanta at an introductory price of INR 99,000 (ex-showroom, Hyderabad) which is set to increase to around Rs 1.1-1.2 lakh soon. Gravton says that the price is expected to drop back to around Rs 99,000 once it gets approval for the FAME II subsidy. The Quanta will only be available in Hyderabad initially, but the company does plan to launch it in other cities in the future. Kabira Mobility launches KM3000, KM4000 electric bikes in India

Kabira Mobility, a Goa-based start-up, has announced the launch of two new high-speed electric bikes, the KM3000 and KM4000. The KM3000 has peak power of 6 kW (around 8 bhp) and is priced at ₹ 1,26,990 (Ex-showroom), while the KM4000 has peak power of 8 kW (around 11 bhp) and is priced at ₹ 1,36,990 (Ex-showroom). The KM3000 has a top speed of 100 kmph, while the KM4000 has a top speed of 120 kmph. Deliveries for the bikes will begin from May 2021.
