Bounce Infinity E1 electric scooter launched

Indian startup Bounce has launched its first electric scooter, the Infinity E1 electric scooter at Rs 68,999 (ex-showroom Delhi). This price includes the battery and a home charger. You can also buy the scooter at Rs 45,099 (ex-showroom Delhi) without the battery and with a battery subscription plan. The scooter can be prebooked for a refundable amount of Rs 499 and deliveries will start by March 2022. The Infinity E1 will be offered with a unique ‘Battery as a service’ option, where customers can either buy the scooter with the battery and the charger, or even avail the battery pack on a rental basis. Gravton Quanta electric bike launched at an introductory price of INR 99,000

Hyderabad-based EV startup called Gravton has entered the electric two-wheeler segment in India. The company has launched its first electric bike known as the Gravton Quanta at an introductory price of INR 99,000 (ex-showroom, Hyderabad) which is set to increase to around Rs 1.1-1.2 lakh soon. Gravton says that the price is expected to drop back to around Rs 99,000 once it gets approval for the FAME II subsidy. The Quanta will only be available in Hyderabad initially, but the company does plan to launch it in other cities in the future. Harley-Davidson has finally announced its new dedicated electric bicycle brand known as Serial 1 Cycle Company.  The stunning new electric bike that it says will go on sale in March 2021. For now, the company is showing off its first prototype model. The name Serial 1 is a reference to “Serial Number One,” the nickname for Harley-Davidson’s oldest known motorcycle built in 1903. The bike’s design, with its white tires, leather saddle and handgrips, and sleek black frame, are meant to harken back to that first prototype.
