BMW G 310 RR launched in India at INR 2.85 lakh

BMW has launched its latest sportbike, the G 310 RR. Its Standard version (only available in Black colour) is priced at INR 2.85 lakh, while the ‘Style Sport’ variant is priced at INR 2.99 lakh. The only differences between the two versions are colour schemes. The BMW G 310 RR is a sibling to the TVS Apache RR 310 but the company has given it few cosmetic updates to the BMW G 310 RR it gets BMW-specific colours and graphics, making its more in line with BMW Motorrad models. It sports BI-LED twin projector headlights which have been carried over from its TVS sibling, just like the taillight, mirrors, golden USD forks and windscreen. BMW Motorrad rides in F 900 R and F 900 XR to India. Bookings open

BMW Motorrad India has launched its F 900 twins in India. While the F 900 R is available in only the Standard variant, at INR 9.90 lakh, the F 900 XR sports tourer is available in two variants – Standard (Rs 10.50 lakh) and Pro (Rs 11.50 lakh). The bikes are imported as CBUs and bookings for both bikes open today. These two motorcycles were unveiled at the 2019 EICMA in Milan and have been launched in the middle of 2020, as planned. BMW F 900 R Powering the bikes is a new 895cc, inline-twin engine that is based on the 2018 BMW F 850 GS' motor, albeit with a slightly larger bore (by 2mm) and higher compression ratio.
