Audi e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT launched in India starting at INR 1.79 crore
Audi India has launched the Audi e-tron GT and Audi RS e-tron GT at INR 1.79 crore and INR 2.04 crore respectively. Prices are ex-showroom and the cars will be imported as a CBU.
The e-tron GT uses two electric motors; one on each axle, with a combined output of 469 BHP and 630 Nm. It comes with an 'over-boost' function which bumps the output to 523 BHP. The RS version packs 590 BHP and 830 Nm. The rear motor is mated to a 2-speed transmission.
The e-tron GT uses an 85 kWh battery that is said to provide a maximum range of 488 km on a single charge. The RS variant has a slightly lower range of 472 km on a single charge.
The battery can be recharged from 5-80% in 9.5 hours using an 11 kW AC charger or in 5 hours 15 minutes using a 22 kW AC charger. A 270 kW DC charger can r...
