Hey, what’s this? A semifaired Bajaj Pulsar 200NS !!
Surprised? Bajaj will add up a new variant to the Pulsar family- the 200AS, The AS is an acronym for Adventure Sports. Tnew Pulsar 200AS is aimed at those looking for motorcycles with touring capability as well as an appetite for off-roading.
Like the Discover 150F, the 200AS sports a semi- fairing unit. Bajaj has also added projector headlamp from the 220F. Rest of the body panels looks the same as the one in the 200NS.
Powering the Bajaj Pulsar 200AS might be the 199cc engine from the 200NS. Added power and torque over 23.5PS can be expected. ABS may be offered as an option.
The AS will also come with a 6-speed gearbox and a split seat configuration.
The 200AS may have a larger travel front suspension as part of the ‘adventure’ package.
