Maruti Suzuki is busy working on the 2015 Ertiga facelift. The test mules has been spotted several times in and around the manufacturing plant. Here comes the latest set of spy shot from GaadiWaadi which reveals the front end of the Ertiga facelift.
The 2015 Ertiga gets heavily chromed front grille, redesigned front bumpers and new set of alloy wheels. The car is also expected to get additional equipments including keyless entry and start, a Bluetooth-enabled audio system, electrically foldable rear view mirrors, etc., on the top-end variant.

Under the hood, the existing 1.4-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel units will continue to do duty. Maruti could offer an Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) with the diesel engine. The 1.4-litre petrol engine is also likely to get a conventional automatic gearbox. Maruti is expected to tune the Ertiga’s engines for delivering better fuel efficiency.
A 10 per cent increase in efficiency like in the case of the new Swift can be expected. The current 1.4-litre K-series petrol engine delivers 16.02 km/l, and the 1.3-litre diesel 20.77 km/l.
The Suzuki Ertiga facelift is expected to launch by the mid of 2015. The price tag of the facelifted Ertiga may be slightly higher than the current version but will be competitive considering the rising competition from manufacturers like Honda, Renault, Mahindra and Datsun.
