The sixth generation Ford Mustang GT was unveiled in India at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo early this month. The US car major will be launching the Mustang in India in the second quarter of this year. TECH’NWHEELZ follower Prathamesh Kadam, from the United States of America, shares his Mustang ownership experience.

Fulfilling the dream of many Indian automotive enthusiasts, the India-spec Ford Mustang GT will arrive via CBU and will only be available with the monstrous top-spec 5.0-litre V8 engine.
The Ford Mustang is expected to come bearing a price tag of around 60 lakh.

Ride Quality and Interiors
- The Mustang has all-new independent suspension.
- The suspension is a little soft at speed and works well over the sort of broken roads.
- The ride is certainly firm but is impressively damped.
- The steering is direct and accurate.
- It corners very entertainingly.
- 5.0-litre engine will never let you struggle when it comes to overtaking on the freeway.
- Huge range of adjustment to steering wheel and seat available, which means, along with lots of head room, even the tallest of drivers should have no problem getting comfortable.
- Rear seats a bit cramped.
