Punjabi singer Gurdas Maan becomes India’s First Celebrity Owner of Toyota Land Cruiser LC300

Renowned Punjabi singer Gurdas Maan has recently purchased a brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser LC300, making him the first celebrity in India to own this luxurious vehicle. Maan unveiled his new car in a grand manner, singing a Punjabi song in front of the media while revealing his prized possession. Toyota officially launched the Land Cruiser LC300 in the Indian market earlier this year.

In a viral video, Gurdas Maan can be seen removing a red cover from the top of his black Land Cruiser LC300, accompanied by his soulful rendition expressing his affection for the new SUV.

The Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 comes with a price tag of Rs 2.1 crore and offers five official color options, including White Pearl, Super White, Dark Red Mica Metallic, Altitude Black, and Dark Blue Mica.

Due to supply chain constraints, the all-new Land Cruiser has a significant waiting period, with delivery dates extending beyond five years worldwide.

Toyota plans to import a limited number of Land Cruiser LC300 Sahara versions in India. Aimed at providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, the Sahara variant will be available in nine color options and feature bi-LED projector headlamps, LED tail lamps, 18-inch machined alloy wheels, and chrome finishes on the front grille, window frames, rear bumper, outside rearview mirrors, and door handles.

The India-spec Land Cruiser LC300 Sahara will come as a standard seven-seater SUV. Its cabin will be equipped with high-end amenities, including ventilated and powered front seats with memory settings for the driver, four-zone automatic climate control, and a head-up display. The SUV will also feature an entertainment suite for rear passengers, electronic tumble function for seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a 14-speaker JBL audio system, and a single-pane sunroof.

The Indian version of the Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 will be powered by a 3.3-liter twin-turbocharged V6 diesel engine paired with a 10-speed automatic gearbox. This robust engine delivers 304 bhp of maximum power and 700 Nm of maximum torque, and it is supported by a standard four-wheel-drive system. With multiple off-road modes and a limited-slip differential, the LC300 is a capable off-roader. It also features advanced electronics, including Level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System).

Prior to the official launch, many celebrities and politicians had already privately imported the Land Cruiser LC300 to India, leading to an overwhelming demand for this all-new model.
