Royal Enfield launches women’s apparel, riding gear range in India

Royal Enfield has announced the launch of its first ever apparel and riding gear range, exclusively for women in India.

Available online at store.royalenfield.com and at the select stores in Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Kolkata, this is the first time that the company has introduced a range of official clothing and accessories for women, ever since it launched the Royal Enfield apparel line in 2014.

The collection is anchored by a set of riding jackets, trousers, gloves and helmets with a complement of t-shirts, shirts and jeans. The riding gear has been crafted keeping in mind the habits of the brand’s female customers and the varied weather conditions across the Indian heartland.

The helmet range includes a half-face helmet and a full-face helmet, the latter being DOT and ECE R 22.05 safety approved. 

While this is the company’s first collection of apparel and gear exclusively for women, Royal Enfield is expected to launch more products in the coming months. This could include riding boots, an important safety gear that is missing in the first collection.

The launch of the apparel range will be followed by a digital initiative that brings out real-life stories of riders from around the country who have accomplished commendable milestones on their bikes, the digital campaign #DeedsNotWords will start on June 16.
