2023 Maruti Suzuki Swift gets ESP as standard across all variants

Maruti Suzuki has updated the Swift for the 2023 model year. While no major changes have been made to the car, Maruti is now offering ESP as standard across all variants. The Maruti Swift is offered in four variants: LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi Plus. Earlier, Electronic Stability Program (ESP) was only available in the top-spec ZXi Plus trim. The Maruti Suzuki Swift is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that makes 89 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 113 Nm @ 4,400 rpm. The engine is paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. The Swift also gets a factory-fitted CNG option.

Maruti has unveiled the electrifying eVX Concept, an electric SUV. It is built on an all-new platform that has been developed from the ground-up by Suzuki, and will spawn a full range of EVs from the carmaker. The eVX Concept features a 60kWh battery pack promising a range of up to 550km. It features a rugged and boxy design with proportions placing it as a compact electric SUV. In profile, we can see the eVX’s aerodynamically efficient and smooth profile with flush door handles, enhanced by the aero-optimsed wheels. The all-electric platform allows for a longer wheelbase and shorter overhangs to maximise cabin space. Toyota Innova HyCross variants explained

The Toyota Innova HyCross has been unveiled in India. Deliveries will commence in January 2023 following the price announcement. The HyCross gets five variants – G-SLF, GX, VX, ZX and ZX (O). The base two trims are available only with the naturally aspirated petrol engine. The other three are available only with the hybrid powertrain.
