Tata Motors has launched the new Punch Camo Edition, with prices starting from INR 6.85 lakh and going up to INR 8.63 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new Tata Punch Camo is available in four variants – Adventure, Adventure Rhythm, Accomplished and Accomplished Dazzle.
The Camo Edition was first introduced on the Tata Harrier in November 2020. The Punch Camo Edition gets exterior and interior cosmetic updates, along with changes to the features list, but remains mechanically unchanged to the standard model.
The Punch Camo Edition comes with new Foliage Green exterior paint shade. It also gets a dual-tone effect, with the roof finished in either Piano Black or Pristine White.
At the front, the chrome trim underlining the grille has been blacked out and there’s a new silver skid plate on the bumper. The dual-tone wheels on the standard model have been completely blacked out on the special edition as well. There’s also a ‘Camo’ badging on the front fenders.
On the inside, the Punch Camo Edition comes with military green inserts on the dashboard, along with 3D-printed camouflage fabric for the seat upholstery.
The top-spec trims do get features like a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, cruise control, reverse camera, push start-stop button and driver seat height adjustment. The instrument console misses out on the 7-inch TFT screen which is available only in the top-spec Creative variant of the regular version of the Punch.
There are no changes under the hood, as the Tata Punch Camo continues with the same 1.2-litre three-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine from the standard version which produces 86 PS of maximum power output and 113 Nm of torque. Both the transmission choices of a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT are offered in all the variants of the Punch Camo.
