Mahindra Furio 7 range of LCVs launched

Mahindra & Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division (MTB) launched the new Mahindra Furio 7, its latest range of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs). The new product is an extension of the Furio intermediate CV (ICV) revealed in July 2018 and launched in 2019. The new Mahindra Furio 7 will be available across three product platforms: 4-tyre cargo, 6-tyre cargo HD and 6-tyre tipper. Vehicle telematics is handled by the company’s iMAXX platform. MG Astor mid-size SUV revealed. First SUV in segment with Level 2 ADAS tech

MG Motor unveiled its compact SUV Astor for the Indian market. It will be on display at MG showrooms from September 19 and bookings will start soon thereafter. The Astor is MG’s new offering in the mid-size SUV space that sits below the Hector. Given the Astor’s smaller 4.3m length (compared to the Hector’s 4.6m), MG aims to compete more directly with the current segment leader – the Hyundai Creta. MG Astor will get a segment-first personal AI as well as Level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) functions which brings with it multiple active safety features. 2021 Force Gurkha unveiled officially. Launch on September 27

Force Motors has officially unveiled the new generation Gurkha in its final production-spec form. The prices will be announced on 27th Sep 2021, while deliveries will start on Dusshera Day (15th Oct 2021). The new Gurkha's design is similar to the outgoing model though the entire body shell is new. Noticeable styling changes include a new grille, bumpers, light clusters, larger windows for the rear passengers – the company calls them panoramic windows – and a larger rear windshield to aid rear visibility. Hardware such as the snorkel comes fitted as standard from the factory. The rear end of the SUV gets a flat tailgate with a spare wheel mounted on it.
