Richard Mille - a luxury Swiss watchmaker that stands out for its exquisite and gorgeous pieces has teamed up with Ferrari and will be making watches together for the coming years. Over the next few years, Richard Mille and Ferrari will develop a specific range of watches, sure to stand out from the luxury timepieces Ferrari has lent its name to in the past. Ferrari has been into prestige horology since the early ‘70s when it joined forces with TAG Heuer (now an official Porsche partner) for the first-ever watchmaker-sponsored Formula One team. . The announcement doesn’t include specifics other than to say that this will be a multi-year deal.

Peugeot reveals new logo and brand identity

Peugeot has revealed a new logo to mark the brand’s “upmarket” growth following a decade of transformation. The company says its new design is reflective of the company’s recent moves upmarket and the introduction of several new electric vehicles. The first actual product to wear the new logo will be the next-generation Peugeot 308. The new design, which recalls its logos from the 1960s, has been created by the Peugeot Design Lab in collaboration with the company’s global brand design studio. The new logo will be present on almost everything related to the brand, starting with its online presence. All-women crew rolls out 50,000th MG Hector

MG Motor India has manufactured its 50,000th MG Hector with an all-women crew in Gujarat’s Vadodara. In this first-of-its-kind development, women-only teams were involved in panel-pressing of sheet metal and welding to painting jobs as well as carrying out post-production test runs. The automaker has 33 percent women workforce at its facility. MG says that it aims to increase this number to 50 percent in the future. Since 2018, MG has hired many female associates in its manufacturing facility via various initiatives. Today, these women are driving core areas of manufacturing at the facility. Launched in June 2019, the Hector was MG’s first model for the Indian market, with the 10,000th Hector rolling off the line in October 2019.

Piaggio has launched the Ape Electrik FX range of electric 3-wheelers for cargo and passenger segments in India. The e-City FX is priced at Rs. 2.84 lakh, while the e-Xtra FX costs Rs. 3.12 lakh (ex-showroom, India excluding Kerala). The e-City FX comes with a 48-volt, 7.5 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers an electric motor that has an output of 7.3 BHP and 29 Nm. The battery offers a maximum range of 110 km on a single charge. The e-rickshaw can reach a top speed of 45 km/h. The e-Xtra FX comes with an 8 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers an electric motor that has an output of 12.8 BHP and 45 Nm. Kabira Mobility launches KM3000, KM4000 electric bikes in India

Kabira Mobility, a Goa-based start-up, has announced the launch of two new high-speed electric bikes, the KM3000 and KM4000. The KM3000 has peak power of 6 kW (around 8 bhp) and is priced at ₹ 1,26,990 (Ex-showroom), while the KM4000 has peak power of 8 kW (around 11 bhp) and is priced at ₹ 1,36,990 (Ex-showroom). Tata Motors is looking to add new variants to Tiago and Tigor range in India. TML is currently readying the CNG versions of its popular hatchback and subcompact sedan. The company has already initiated public road tests of the CNG-powered Tiago and Tigor. Both the test mules were captured on camera at a CNG filling station. The CNG versions are likely to be launched in the country later this year. The CNG variants are expected to be mechanically identical to their petrol powered counterparts. Scrambler styled Honda CB350 RS launched at Rs 1.96 lakh

The new Honda CB350RS has been launched at Rs 1.96 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India). The Honda CB350RS is based on the same platform as the Honda H'ness CB350, sharing the same frame, engine and other components.
